He earned the Eminent Engineer Award 2023 from the Institution of Engineers (India) and Biomass Change Maker of the Year 2025. An IPMA-certified project manager, MBA graduate from MDI Gurgaon, and Civil Engineer from Punjab Engineering College, he led nation’s key biomass initiatives as Mission Director of National Mission on Biomass-SAMARTH, Ministry of Power, Govt. of India and chairs the Biomass Global Associate Forum at IFGE.
