A former bureaucrat, professor and renowned technocrat with over four decades of public service. He has led major digital initiatives, including Aadhaar, CoWIN, and Ayushman Bharat, along with serving as Secretary of MeitY, Chairman of TRAI, CEO of the National Health Authority, and Director General of UIDAI. Currently, he is a Distinguished Visiting Professor at IIT Kanpur.
